Class Descriptions:

HypnoBirthing®
Group class consists of 5  2-1/2 hour sessions. Textbook, 2 CDs and handouts are included.
Private class consist of the 12 hour HypnoBirthing® curriculum arranged around your specific schedule.Textbook, 2 CDs and handouts are included.

Birthing Basics (not a HypnoBirthing®  classs)
Six hour class covering labor, comfort measures, birth plan, and postpartum recovery. The minimum you need to prepare for your baby's birth. Designed for couples with very limited flexibility and/or near forty weeks.

Infant Massage
Teaches parents & care-givers the techniques of nurturing massage.
Group class is 2 hour  hours.
Private classes are available in your home
